Our wonderful scenic environment in which we live and work sets the tone of our behavior: we care for and value the human relationships with our Customers, Contractors and internal Team. Fair treatment of each other, long term relationship with our customers and with our employees, an atmosphere of free initiative and personal responsibility and social engagement are key guidelines of great value to us.
We are constantly striving to keep and further extend our comfortable working atmosphere even in the increased pace caused by the growth related changes. True teamwork, continuous training and improvement of our technical and social infrastructure are part of this aim.
And last but not least: sports, cultural and social events with our families provide for the right team balance between intensive work and relaxation.
